Luxurious 2 Bed Apartment with Pool, Sauna and Gym

We had a wonderful stay and would book again Positive: Location was fantastic- easy walk to South Bank and the Mall View from the bedrooms was spectacular Negative: Being a 2 bedroom apartment with 2 adult couples staying, a second swab would have been good as you need a swab to access the lift. It made it very difficult to do things separately. Cleaners had forgotten to leave a dish cloth in the kitchen and there were sticky lollies melted on the ground on the balcony.

Beautiful apartment with fabulous views and fantastic location on the river bank Positive: Comfortable apartment, well appointed and equipped, fantastic location with everything within walking distance. Didn’t have a chance to use pool. Reasonably sized balcony Negative: Took a few attempts to navigate all the exits / entrances/ escalators/ lifts but actually easy … Not a complaint but personally I would like a couple of chairs on the balcony rather than the bar table and stools

Positive: The view and location was awesome Negative: No instructions for the stove No tissues The couch was too deep

Fabulous apartment, amazing location Positive: Incredible location and views, we were able to walk everywhere and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment. Would happily stay again! Negative: Not a negative comment, but be sure to very carefully read the check-in instructions and photo directions to the apartment from the key pickup point. It is very close by, however it is a short uphill walk. If you have loads of luggage or mobility challenges this might be tricky. If this is the case, you may find it easier for a taxi or Uber to drop you on William St opposite the Star Grand Hotel lobby, then walk back through the Queens Wharf Residences building towards George St using the lift to get up to the entrance level. Someone can then wait at the Queens Wharf Residences entry while another quickly goes on foot to retrieve the keys nearby on Mary St. This sounds very complicated but once you’re there and have worked it out it’s easy going forward and well worth the effort for the fabulous location.
